Root cause(s)
The s3 bucket name for stores-ds bucket was following incorrect naming convention, leading to a permissions mismatch.
Impact
Users will not be able to successfully delete HealthLake Stores.
Mitigation
Workaround
From IAM console, the policy attached with hcls-role can be manually updated to reflect the stores-ds bucket created.
Fix available
Fix is available in Amorphic v2.2. Please upgrade to the latest version to resolve this issue.
