Password Settings

DWH Password

The user can reset their Data Warehouse Password. To reset your password, navigate to Settings, then click Reset DWH Password

The user will be presented with a window which displays DWH username and Reset Password button

Clicking the Reset Password button will prompt the user to acknowledge their request to reset the password.

When the user clicks Acknowledge & Reset, the DWH password will reset and the new credentials will be given to the user.

Change Account Password

The user can change their Login Password by navigating to Change Account Passwords from the Settings Page.

The process to reset the password is:

• Enter the Old Password
• Enter the New Password - The new password should match the password criteria of Amorphic
  • Minimum length: 8
  • At least one Special Character
  • At least one Uppercase Letter
  • At least one Lowercase Letter
• Confirm New Password
• Click Submit
