Management

The IDP Management section is only accessible for admins. This section mainly contains two components

  • Users
  • App Management Management Home Page

Users

This section lists all the registered users, their role and amorphic integration status. Admins can do the following

  • View a list of all existing users
  • View user role attached to each user
  • View amorphic integration status of all users
  • Change user role

How to change user role?

Admins can change the user role for all the users between Users, Developers and Admins roles.

Admins cannot demote himself to Developers or Users.

App Management

This section is used for managing application level preferences. App Management Admin can do the following

  • Set/Update batch processing

    The batch processing determines the level of parallel processing for executing Document Store or Process Flows. For instance, with a batch processing setting of 20, when initiating Document Store for 100 files, the system will concurrently process 20 files, subsequently managing the remaining files in alignment with the current batch's completion. This ensures that the maximum number of files processed simultaneously corresponds to the batch processing value. If the execution of Document Store or Process Flows extends over an extended period, it is advisable to reach out to the administrator to discuss the possibility of augmenting this numerical value.

Note

In order to mitigate potential service limit concerns, it is crucial to select appropriate batch processing values that are mindful of your account quotas.
