What is Amorphic AI?

Amorphic AI can be used for leveraging the power of Generative AI on your data.

How to add a user to Amorphic AI?

Owner of the Amorphic AI app can add a user to Amorphic AI application. The user can be an existing Amorphic user or a new user.

Follow below steps to add a new user to Amorphic AI application:

1. Select Amorphic AI from the Apps by clicking the eye icon in options of Apps list.
2. Go to AUTHORIZED USERS tab and click on the create new user button.
3. Select to import existing Amorphic user or to create a new user by toggling Import Existing User option.
4. Fill in the required fields (Details listed below) and click on Create(when creating a new user) or Update(when importing existing user) button.

Note

Creating a new user is not allowed for the Amorphic applications where Identity provider is enabled/used for authentication.

Properties	Details
Select Existing User	Select username of Amorphic user. Only when importing an existing Amorphic user to Amorphic AI.
Username	Username must be 5-20 alphanumeric characters.
Email	Email should be from valid domains.
Full Name	Full name of the user.
Allowed Apps	Select list of apps that owner want to allow for the user from the list.

How to revoke a user's Amorphic AI access?

Owners of the Amorphic AI app have the option to revoke access of any users from Amorphic AI. Follow the below steps to revoke a user access from Amorphic AI:

1. Select Amorphic AI from Verticals list and go to AUTHORIZED USERS tab.
2. Click on edit button next from the options of the user whom you want to revoke access from.
3. Remove amorphic-ai from the list of Allowed Apps and then click on Update.

If a user is provided access for both Amorphic & Amorphic AI then only Amorphic AI access can be revoked but not Amorphic. Amorphic access once provided can't be removed later.
