1. Access Tag sharing failure in Lakeformation datasets

Description: Failure to share access-tags with new users when Lakeformation datasets is already shared with that access-tag.

Explanation: This issue occurs when a Lakeformation dataset is shared to an access-tag, and the user then attempts to grant access to the access-tag for a new user who does not have any permissions on the lakeformation dataset. This means that when attempting to grant access to the new user via the access tag, the operation fails, and the error message displayed is: 'DS-1056 - Unable to grant dataset access to the user.'

Workaround: To avoid this issue, ensure that the access tag is first shared with the intended user before sharing the Lake Formation dataset with the tag. After the dataset is shared with the tag, avoid adding any new users via the tag. Instead, grant access to any new users directly on the dataset, rather than through the access tag.
